Narek Arutyunyan, Chairman of the Management Board

In 2003-2009 he occupied various management positions in the Ukrprodukt Group of companies (the first Ukrainian company to hold IPO at the foreign stock exchange in 2005). Until 2005 he has been occupying the position of deputy CFO of the Group and then took the position of the mergers and acquisitions director until 2007, and in the period 2007-2009 headed the agricultural division of the Group. In 2000-2001 he worked over the corporate management project under the aegis of IFC (World Bank) in Armenia.
In summer 2009 Narek Arutyunyan started his work in Synergy Group and headed the food trend of the Group (later PentAgro JSC). He graduated from the University of Oxford with the MBA degree in 2003. He also has a PhD degree in economics in the management sphere from the Institute of Economic Reforms and Management of Armenia.

Valery Kuryushin, Agricultural Technologies  Director

Director of Siberian Agriculture and Chemization Research Institute, General Director of NPO Zemledelie research and production association (1980-1989). Head of the scientific and technical progress department of the State Commission of the Council of Ministers of the USSR for food and procurement (1989–1991). Since 1991, head of the soil science chair in Moscow Agricultural Academy (MSHA). He graduated from Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K.A. Timiryazev (MSHA) in 1964. Doctor of Biology (1977), professor (1988), academician of Lenin All-Union Academy of Agricultural Sciences (1988). Is a prominent scientist in the sphere of soil science an agricultural chemistry, author of the adaptive-landscape farming theory. He has been heading the scientific and agricultural trend of PentAgro since 2008.

 

Alexey Molotkov, Chief Financial Officer

From 1997 till 2001 he has been working in various areas – construction, warehousing, publishing. From 2001 till 2002 he worked as financial manager, head of the financial department in the head structure of MegaFon in the Northern Caucasus (Krasnodar).  
From 2002 till 2008 he managed the financial division of Mistral Group of companies (production and distribution of food products, Moscow). In 2008-2009 – deputy CFO of Synergy JSC.
Graduated in 1999 from the Institute of Economics and Law (InEL) with the KubSU (Krasnodar), received higher economical education and international certificate in the sphere financial management of SMA.

 

Ruslan Khusainov, Agricultural Development Director of PentAgro

In 2001-2003 he worked at the enterprises of the agricultural and industrial complex in the Saratov region, in the period 2003-2004 – in the Moscow office of APK OGO. Since 2004 he has been working as financial auditor in the companies included into Synergy JSC. He has been working in PentAgro Group from the moment the agricultural trend was founded. He graduated from N.G. Chernyshevsky State University of Saratov in 2003 and Financial Academy with the Government of the Russian Federation in 2007.

 

Vladimir Glazunov, Director of the Crop Growing Department

He has been working in the agricultural area since 1986.
1986-1998 – general director of Prigorodnaya agricultural firm. Then until 2002 – general director of JSC MTS Tarkhany. From 2002 till 2006 he occupied the position of Deputy General Director of Khleb-invest-agro JSC. 2006-2009 – State Scientific Institution Volga Scientific and Research Institute of Economics of the Organization of Agricultural Complex, Head of the Agricultural Production Monitoring and Information Technologies Department, Deputy Director for Commissioning Operations. Since 2009 until present – General Director of Russky Gektar Urozhai ZAO, agricultural trend of PentAgro.
1989-1992 – People’s Deputy of the USSR, in 1984-1988, 1996-2000 Deputy of Saratov District Council.
In 1982 he graduated from the M.I. Kalinin Agricultural Mechanization Institute of Saratov. In 2005, by decision of the thesis council of All-Russian Research Institute of Economy, Labor and Management in Agriculture he was conferred the PhD degree in economics.
